We have decided to buy a home in The Villages. Today we paid a deposit to hold our homesite for three months. We are not exactly sure of what we will be doing but are planning to come back toward the end of June to make all of the design decisions for building a home. It would be finished around mid September and we'd come back to Fla. furnish it. We will look to put our home up for sale. There will be a lot of decisions over the next six months; do we sell our Exton home?, do we maintain a residence up North?, What "belongings" do we move?, etc, etc.. But, our pile of sand should be a home in less than six months. Oh, when will be able to sleep through the night again?
