Been eating peas out of the garden for a few days now, the tomato plants are doing well and Alesa transplanted a few 'volunteer' pepper plants from the compost pile. A lot of peaches on the tree and we have a few lemons that look like they are going to make it. In previous years they fell off just after they appeared. Got pine straw at Lowes and Alesa now has her plantings properly mulched. Picked up new material from the library and were going to play platform tennis but it is too hot and we have been out in the sun a lot already today.
