We left Lakeland at noon yesterday, visited Alesa's dad's memorial and arrived back home at 4 AM this morning.  It was a long day, especially for being the shortest day of the year.  It was a good drive with great weather and little or no traffic.  Mike and family left after we did and arrived home at about 6 AM this morning.  They took a break in Savannah and stopped to see where I broke my hip.  We had a great week in Naples and walked on the beach every chance we got.  It was about 80 and sunny every day.   As always, we had great fun with Craig & Janet.  We left Naples on Friday and went to Tampa for the rehearsal dinner and the wedding.  Mike, Lisa and the girls finished their Disneyworld visit and came to Tampa on Friday as well.  All of the Niebauers, less Chris & Scott, came to the wedding and we had a lot of gatherings over the three days ending with a brunch at Lynn and Tony's in Lakeland on Sunday.  When we left Tampa yesterday it was about 74 and when we arrived home it was 14, quite a difference.  We were glad to get back to the gym today, our old bones must be kept busy and don't take well to sitting, especially for hours in a car.   Now to get ready for Christmas.
