Eugene and Connie Fales came down from Atlanta last Friday to look at homes here in The Villages. Eugene is Laura's nephew, Betsey's son. They visited us with Betsey and Jennifer last year and liked it and thought they may want to retire here. They met with an outside realtor on Friday and then stopped to see us. Saturday, Alesa went to the Dragon Boat races in Tavares and I took Eugene and Connie around to open houses. When Alesa got home from the rained-out races, we all played pickleball. Sunday they met with our realtor, Mitzi, and then we drove them around in the golf car on a tour and to revisit some of the homes. Yesterday and today they met with Mitzi and toured more homes and tonight we all went up to see Scooter the DJ at Lake Sumter Landing. Don't know if they will buy a home on this visit but are getting close. They will be heading back to Atlanta tomorrow morning. We know how hard it is to make a decision with so many options available.
