The Mainely Country Band was playing at Brownwood this evening so we borrowed the neighbor's 4 person cart and headed down with Craig and Janet who came up today for a few games of Pickleball and Chinese checkers. The band was made up of people from Maine so we had to go see them and they were pretty good but we did stay off the dance floor. When the band took a break about 100 or more Trump supporters circled the square in their golf carts, beeping their horns, so we left. We have been golfing in the northern courses in The Villages since they are the least crowded with the return of the snowbirds. It is a long cart ride but enjoyable, especially with the weather getting cooler, supposed to get to down 55 overnight. Reviewed our Medicare Supplemental Insurance this week and I was able to save about $100 a month on my policy. It pays to review. Alesa got me a book from the library yesterday, "When Elves Attack". She heard me talking to my brother on the phone and he said he enjoyed Tim Dorsey's Florida based comedy so she got me one of his books. I finished it today. It was an interesting story.
