Two new executive golf courses opened on Sunday and we have played them both. They are down in the new village of Fenney and are quite beautiful as they wind through 'Old Florida' landscape. The waterways down there are spring fed resulting in very clear running water. Today was Government Day at the Eisenhower Rec center. It is an expo where the local agencies have booths and handouts explaining their services. And, thank goodness, pencils are back as handouts at 'free pencil day'. The weather continues to be cool in the evenings but still gets into the 80s many of the days. Although a few days ago it was cooler here for the day than in Pennsylvania or Maine.
