The frost has been on the pumpkin (or papaya) but the sun comes out and warms things up a bit, usually into the 60s or 70s. Jeff flew into Orlando on Monday and arrived here around 2. We had a 3:44 tee time at Bacall and were joined by a local (Jim) to round out the foursome. After golf, Jeff treated us to dinner at Guy Fieri's American Kitchen and Bar, a new restaurant in Lake Sumter landing. Tuesday morning Jeff, Alesa and I played tennis, pickleball and platform tennis before Alesa headed out for her annual Christmas luncheon with the neighborhood ladies at the Palmer legends country club. Jeff and I made chicken wings and took a short driving tour around the Villages before Alesa came home and Jeff headed out to Orlando for his business meetings before flying back home on Thursday.
