Yesterday I was feeling a little poorly and didn't feel much like shopping (When do I?) so I stayed here while Alesa, Jeff, Danielle, Bailey and Bridget headed out to the Lancaster outlets for a day of shopping. They had a wonderful time and so did I, with a miracle recovery soon after they left. Today is our 48th wedding anniversary and we headed over to Mike's to take him and his family to lunch at Roasted Bethlehem. Mike's good friend from college, Chris Topping, and his wife have recently bought, retrofitted and opened a restaurant in downtown Bethlehem, Pa. We know Chris pretty well so we thought it would be nice to take the crew up for lunch. It was a great place with excellent food and we had a good time with the family and enjoyed seeing Topping again. If you are ever hungry in Bethlehem, we would highly recommend Roasted.
