Made it at 1:30 this afternoon and are staying at the "Aloft" in Mesa. Jeff and Danielle are off signing mortgage papers then a walk-thru of the home this evening. The closing is tomorrow and the trailer should arrive that afternoon. The trip from Albuquerque was comfortable mostly because it was the last leg. We saw a lot more impressive western scenery and crossed the continental divide just before crossing the Arizona state line where we gained another hour because Arizona does not observe daylight savings time. The long, very curvy road coming down out of the mountains into Phoenix was quite hairy.
