After a day of rest and a good night's sleep we are back to work. Started the day with a 3.38 mile walk around the holding ponds behind Jeff's house and then a 4.55 mile bike ride around the neighborhood with Alesa in the lead to help her get oriented to the area. Then right into the pool to cool down. Alesa took the grandkids shopping at the mall while I cleaned the aerators in their bathroom sinks. Jeff and Danielle are now out to dinner with friends so we are on our own.
