Picked up Steve and Laura at the airport Tuesday evening (the 14th) and had a great time catching up and making plans for their stay. Wednesday morning we took Steve and Laura to Enterprise where they rented a car and drove up to Flagstaff to spend a few days with Steve’s cousin. Alesa and I went to a 90 minute introduction to line dancing class on Wednesday then a Trilogy Club Expo this afternoon. Steve and Laura came back Friday afternoon and we visited Jeff and took a quick walk behind his house. Saturday was football and walks. Today, Steve and Laura drove up to Fountain Hills, north of Scottsdale, to visit some friends then back here to finish the weekend with some more football. Alesa and Laura are taking every opportunity to play canasta as they did so often in their early years. We also ate at In-N-Out Burger and they ordered their burgers animal style before heading to Total Wine to replenish the stock, especially the Jameson Black Barrel Irish whiskey and Buffalo Trace bourbon (Gonna be a good visit!).
