Happy Easter to all. Today we celebrated by attending the Easter brunch at Slate, the restaurant at our Trilogy golf course. It was fantastic and featured a prime rib carving station, awesome deserts and almost all other excellent brunch food. The bookings for the shore excursions during our British Isles Viking cruise in August became available on Thursday. We were able to book our favorites and coordinated well with our travel companions, Steve & Laura and Glen & Laura. We did mostly the included ones and added the additional cost ones of The Giant's Causeway out of Belfast and a Jameson tour and tasting in Dublin. Been keeping a close eye on our garden and are being rewarded with tomatoes on one plant and promising blooms on the other. Alesa continues to harvest basil and some radishes are filling out. We have moved the garden out of the day long sun and over to the East side for the morning sun and rest-of-the-day shade.
