We left after noon today since we had less than 100 miles to go.  We stopped at the NC visitors' center on I-26 for maps and local information.  We got a good tip to get our Biltmore tickets at the AAA office at a substantial discount.  After settling in at Wilson's Riverfront RV park we got our tickets at the AAA office and then drove through town (during rush hour).  We then took a very scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway just south of town.  Our trailer is parked less than 10 feet from the French Broad River just across from the Biltmore property.  We are also adjacent to about 5 miles of parks and trails along the river (Amboy Greenway).  Not much of a posting today but tomorrow will probably be filled with Biltmore pictures.
