The weather continues to be beautiful and today we drove north and east to the shore and Amelia Island.  We drove and walked on the beach.  We then drove up to the quaint historic seaport town of Fernandina Beach.  It is the only community in the US to live under 8 flags.  It has a history of indians, pirates, shrimpers, nobles and confederates and it shows it.  Tomorrow we are off to Savannah.  Comcast e-mail has been down all day so far so we have been incommunicado.
