We returned to Erie at about 6:30 PM Wednesday after an uneventful Dr's appointment and prescription refill in Philadelphia.  Jeff and family had spent the day at the Waldameer water park.  Thursday we all went to the Waldameer Amusement Park and rode all the best rides.  The Ravine Flyer II is the best wooden roller coaster we've ever been on.  Even Alesa went for one ride and we couldn't get Bailey off.  The ladies left early and the guys continued to ride.  We all then met back at the trailer and the kids rode the bikes around the park and on the pier.  Jeff and Danielle then left to help Bob and Cathy get ready for Paul's going away party and to go out to dinner without the kids.  After our dinner at the trailer we and the kids went back to Waldameer and rode and rode and rode and closed the park.  We stopped at Becca's on the way home to drop off a TV and then back to the trailer where Jeff and Danielle were waiting for us.  The kids spent the night with us and Friday morning Jeff and Danielle came back to the trailer and we all went out to beach 11 on the peninsula to swim and bike.  That night we went to Paul's going away party.  He's leaving for post graduate work at Kansas State on the 14th.  The kids then came back to spend the night.  On Saturday they rode bikes around the park a lot more then off to Frontier Park for the Blues and Jazz festival.  There I bumped into a friend from Houston whom we haven't seen since we did Habitat work in Beaumont a few years ago.  Hank and Cathy are in town until mid next week so we will see them again.   Last night we came back to the trailer and hosted a cook out for Jeff and family, Bob and Cathy and Paul and Sara.  Jeff left after dinner and arrived home 5.5 hours later.  We are having such a good time!!  Better than being kids again.  Today is a day of much needed rest and Black Raspberry is the WDFOTW.
