It has been awhile since the last post and we have been busy getting ready for the Holidays.  Not many pictures but a recap of what we have been up to.  We went to Bailey's on the 8th to celebrate his birthday and, on the 9th, Alesa went to Mike's for her annual Christmas trip into the city with the girls.  On Sunday we went to mass at a new church, St Elizabeth's, in the area.  We were very impressed by the church as well as the parish mission of stewardship.  That evening we went to dinner at the Schwed's with the Goodmans for an early celebration of Alesa's birthday.  On Tuesday we went to see "The Tourist" and on Alesa's birthday we went to see the new Harry Potter movie.  Last night we went to the Kimmel Center in downtown Philadelphia for the Philadelphia Orchestra's Christmas Concert.  We were treated to the evening by Ameriprise and our financial advisor which included coffee and deserts in the green room beforehand.  It was a beautiful evening marred only by a parking ticket.  It was a cold, snowy, slippery night and the show ran longer than expected, I was not going to risk a fall rushing to the car at intermission.  We've been to Ikea twice in two days and can always find something we cannot live without and that includes the "dog butt" coat hooks.  Tomorrow we pick up the girls for an overnight stay.
