Pittsburgh
Last Friday Alesa took the train downtown with Diane D. and attended a concert at the Kimmel Center. On Tuesday morning we drove to Monroeville through State College and Altoona, visited the world famous Horseshoe Curve and spent the night in Monroeville and even got to visit the mall. Wednesday we drove into Pittsburgh and visited the Carnegie Natural History and Art Museum. We drove around Pittsburgh a bit, drove to Erie, visited my sister Marilyn and had dinner and spent the night at my brother Bob's. This morning we grocery shopped for the weekend and checked into the condo at the Peak at noon. We are now waiting for the kids to arrive. Both families are about an hour away. We are having a lot of snow so I am sure they are being careful.
