Today we met again with our realtor and visited a model of each of the 3 home styles we are still considering and then went to the home sites we liked. We believe we have made a decision and we put a hold on a lot. We are planning on making a deposit on Monday which will hold the site for 6 months. We are planning on coming back down this summer and going through the design process, making a down payment and beginning construction. It should be complete in September and we will come back down to furnish it and the plan is to lease it during the peak season. We have tentatively selected the Elm model with a 4 foot extension on a standard 2 car garage. We can select a new site when we come back this summer and can change our home choice until we begin the design process.
