Today we met with the home designer, Shelly. She walked us through all of the options and we made our choices then she took us around to see homes showcasing our chosen options. She will now develop a quote and let us know the incremental cost of our higher priced choices should we decide to downgrade if we don't feel it's worth the cost. We selected the Elm floor plan with a clay colored exterior. We extended the 2 car garage by 4 feet and carried that extension down the entire side of the house, making the guest bedrooms larger. We selected the large 42 inch medium hickory cabinets and black appliances to include a French Door refrigerator.
