The Golf Car

We have officially become villagers because today we bought a golf car. We have been truly busy for the last few days, unpacking, meeting neighbors, doing a little exploring, preparing our 'punch list' for the house and waiting for appointments as the 'fixers' come. Nothing major, just dings and smudges kind of stuff. We have not had time to enjoy the amenities here but have made great progress in making this a home. Sunday the Kutinas were over for a visit, Tuesday we went to BJ's in Claremont, and today Alesa went to Dade Battlefield State Park in Bushnell for a class on making baskets out of pine needles. She made a very nice small basket. Since I was home waiting for appointments I had a chance to set up the garage so we decided it was time for a golf cart.
