Monday we were trained on our heating/air conditioning system and then they sent someone over to get rid of the hum created in the return air vent in our bedroom. When he got here and we asked "Why does it hum?", he said "Because it doesn't know the words". But, he fixed it anyway. Also, the builder came over to pick up our initial list of things we want fixed under warranty. So today we got deluged with phone calls to set up appointments for repairs. Again, nothing serious, just nicks, scratches, glue and splotchy paint. They have been very responsive to any concerns. Apparently if we have a question or complaint, the subcontractor gets a hefty penalty if they don't respond within 24 hours. Today was another rainy day so we went to the Ocala mall to explore and to replace my watchband and battery. When we got back home the weather had cleared so we golfed 9 holes. The weather was still clear so we did them all over again. It was another good day.
