Happy New Year everybody. We golfed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day and attended the neighborhood New Year's party in one of the cul-de-sacs and it was a little nippy. Today was rainy so we headed off to the DMV to get our Florida driver's licenses and to register the vehicles in Florida. We got our licenses and registered to vote but have to wait for a copy of the Hyundai title before we can register it in Fl. We went earlier this week and it was mobbed because it was year end. Today it was empty so we got right in and had everything we needed so it was a surprisingly easy process. We laughed through the whole thing but really lost it when our clerk misspoke and asked Alesa if she wanted to volunteer to donate an organ at the polling place. A combination of 'Do you want to be identified as an organ donor on your license?' and 'Do you want to volunteer to help at the polling place?'. Not sure if that office will ever be the same.
