Our across the street neighbor, Mike is recovering well from his knee replacement on the 3rd. He is now walking with a cane so his daughter, Michelle was able to head home this morning after a long stay. Took them both out to dinner on the 21st.

April 19, 2023
Steve and Laura arrived on Friday and we all golfed on Saturday. I was able to play all nine on Bacall. On Sunday they played 18 holes on the Richmond pitch and putt course. That walk would have been too much for me. On Saturday, we had Eugene and Connie as well as Al and Sue Laplant over.
April 13, 2023
Well, it's the middle of April and the taxes are filed and paid and I still have leg pain. The meds control it a bit and I take hydrocodone to help me sleep. The pain doctor gave me an epidural steroid shot in my spine on the fifth and that helped a bit.

Another hiatus but this time it was due to serious leg pain down the front of my left leg. I won't bore you with the details but I will give a summary for our later use, if needed. A little back pain on the first so I did my PT routines.

It has been a while since I last posted but we have been very busy. We have decided to put our house up for sale and move to Arizona. We are kind of torn and we love it here, so if it sells, we will move and if not, we stay. We will eventually move to Arizona but for now that is our plan.

A few doctor appointments over the last week or so and all is well. Mike and Alice flew into Orlando on Wednesday and visited with a friend to celebrate her birthday before coming here Friday at noon.

Got to sleep in a little bit yesterday. We drove into King of Prussia and stopped at the Verizon store. My new phone has not been able to text images and having done all the normal troubleshooting I went to the web. Indications were that it may be a bad SIM card.

Went to Mike's apartment last evening in Phoenixville and Annika joined us after work. She stayed the night at Mike's to spend today with us. We all walked into town and had dinner at a very nice Greek restaurant (Avios).

Parked at the Sanford airport and flew to Allentown on Allegient. We have TSA precheck but it did us no good at the airport since all the security lines merged to one but, at least, it was not too crowded. We rented a car in Allentown and drove to State College to meet Elyse.

Relaxing final weekend at Jeff's. Watched football and packed for the trip home, checked in for our flight and printed the boarding passes. Alesa likes to have them in hand. Jeff and Danielle took us to the airport.
