As you can gather from the title, we left Santa Fe and the mountains behind and have been following I-40 on our way to Nashville to visit John and Donna Diewald.  Other than enjoying the campgrounds in the cities mentioned the only touring we have done is the National Memorial in Oklahoma city.

We spent the day walking around old Santa Fe.  Tonight we are in the Rancheros de Santa Fe campground.  Part of the Clint Eastwood movie "Every which way but loose" was filmed here.  We plan on getting to Amarillo tomorrow.
