We have a visitor from the north. Bailey mailed Flat Stanley to spend a few days with us in Florida. Right now he and his new BFF , Monk, have decided to chill outside the trailer while Nana and I go to the fitness room, pool and jacuzzi.

We spent Wednesday playing 18 holes at Grand Lake and left there yesterday and came down to Silver Springs. It was only a 28 mile drive and was very nice because we drove all back roads through horse country. We passed a number of very large and beautiful horse farms with large fenced pastures.

We spent a third day in Ozark because it rained all day. It was a welcome rain which cleaned the trailer, tested the roof waterproofing job and gave us a great rest. Yesterday we drove south and are camping in Mexico Beach. A few days ago we had Apaches and Blackhawks overhead from Ft.

We gained an hour as we passed into central time and are staying in Ozark, Alabama. I went to flight school at Fort Rucker 39 years ago and we lived in a trailer in Ozark. We drove into town and then to Ft Rucker, Deju Vu !! We visited our old trailer park which is now an empty 'orchard'. It
