Alesa and I have been exercising on a regular basis on the treadmill, Wii Fit, stretching, walking and waiting for the new Gold's gym down the street to open. The truth be told Alesa is far more dedicated to it than I am, but, I'm working on it. The Wii Fit has been telling me I am overweight b
We are fully recuperated from Camp Nana and are ready for our trip to NY and Maine. Today we went to Jeff's for Danielle's birthday. There is a train trestle over a creek nearby so we took the kids for a walk before cake. Yesterday was my next to last trip to the dentist for my broken tooth.
What a great week. The kids got along so well and are at that perfect age where they are little people who can keep themselves busy and are not yet afraid to be seen with their grandparents. We took the girls home this morning as they were leaving for the shore with Lisa around lunch time so ca

We are about ready to begin a week of Camp Nana-Papa. The shirts are made. I even have a 'Staff' shirt. That way we don't forget who the Sancho is in this adventure. Mike's girls are due this evening and they will stay until next Saturday.
Stopped by the doctors yesterday on the way to Jeff's birthday celebration. He said that there were no signs if infection on my blood test so it sounds like we are in the clear. Good news but we'll keep a close eye on things for the next few weeks just to be sure. Before cake at Jeff's, we wer
