Jeff and Danielle worked this morning, they both work from home. I paid some bills to include our property tax and Alesa got a chance to enjoy the view behind the house.

November 16, 2021
Had our last few golfing and water volleyball sessions before we head off to Arizona. We were busy packing and trying to pack items we will leave there to minimize the packing for later trips. Pennsylvania trips aren't a problem since we drive.

Last night was the first Erie Club meeting in over 20 months due to covid. Seems people were anxious to get back as we had 64 people in attendance. We had pizza delivered from Hungry Howies, had salad and cookies and played bingo and the evening went well.

It has started. We will be in Arizona and Pennsylvania for the holiday season so Alesa wanted to get an early start to enjoy a bit of the season here. The tree is up, she has cooked one turkey and there are two more in the freezer.

Back in the full swing of things with water volleyball and golf. Went to a Halloween party on the 30th and met a number of new neighbors. Alesa has scheduled both eyes for cataract surgery in January, two weeks apart.

Have caught up with most things with the exception of rest. Slept until noon today, France time, early enough to see the sunrise here. Seems it will take a while for our bodies to adjust. Alesa played water volleyball yesterday but cancelled for today.

Every day during the cruises we received a 'Viking Daily' on our bed and available on the TV. I added them to the first post of each day. Here they are all together.

We are home, unpacked, shopped, laundry, finances, went through all the mail and are almost rested. Alesa listened to French music all day as she unpacked and did laundry. I have uploaded all of the pictures and added them to the end of each post.

We took a late tour of Paris by motor coach, leaving at 9:15 and returning at 11:15 for a few hours sleep. it was a nice tour and the guide was very helpful. Drove by many sights and stopped at a few. Pictures through bus windows are blurry.
